DESCRIPTION:We are a society in Northamptonshire dating back to 1876. \nWe encompass many subjects including astronomy\, geology\, microscopy\, meteorology\, photography and many others. \nSee displays and demonstrations by many of our sections in our purpose-built rooms. Bring a plant or item to look at under a microscope\, look at the sun through our purpose made solarscope (weather dependent!). Bring a rock or fossil to be identified and look at our extensive collections.
