DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 9January – Tuesday 13 February\n6-7pm\nNorthampton Museum & Art Gallery \nBe immersed in our energetic\, dynamic\, flow yoga experience\,\nwhere a 270 degree projection of colour\, film and music will\nsurround you as you take part in this class. Led by experienced\ninstructor Maz\, her yoga flow classes are all about listening to\nyour body and moving in a way that feels good to you. The class\nwill be suitable for all levels and modifications and progressions\nwill be offered. There will be an emphasis on strength and\nsoftness within poses. Classes are based on a spiritual or\nphilosophical theme or focus that changes each week. Please\nbring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle. Book a series\nticket and get a free Museum branded mat and water bottle.
