DESCRIPTION:Join us on Wednesday 18th December at 7.30pm for our inaugural Celebratory Christmas Carol Service in the beautiful All Saints Church in Northampton. Our Christmas Carol Service is the perfect opportunity to start your festive celebrations\, catch up with friends and raise vital funds and awareness of the new Maggie’s centre due to open in Northampton in 2025. The doors will be open at 7.00pm and the Concert starts at 7.30pm. \nThis event is organised by the committee who ran the Whittlebury Charity Fair – for over 20 years – raising well over £250\,000. This year the committee (Sam Satchell\, Carolyn James\, Amanda Smith\, Min Pumphrey\, Laura Wade and Emma Danby) have regrouped to raise awareness and funds for the new Maggie’s Centre. \nWe are grateful to our sponsors Rathbones and The Woodcote Trust\, our readers and musicians and to the businesses who have kindly supported us in the order of service. \nI can’t attend but I would like to donate: https://gtap.uk/63/maggiesnorthampton

DESCRIPTION:Summer Open Days – June- September\n\n\nEvery Saturday at 2 p.m. for 2 hours\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that this event will not be taking place between 28 Jun 2025 and 5 Jul 2025\n\n\n\nChurch Of The Holy Sepulchre\n\n \nSheep Street/Church Lane Northampton\, NN1 3NL\, United Kingdom\n\n\n\n\nOur Medieval Round Church has been welcoming visitors since 1100 AD and in 2024 she is set to fling open her doors again. \nOn Saturdays afternoons from 2pm-4pm from June to September\, visitors can learn all about this fascinating church and the historic treasures she contains. (Please note there is no Open Day on 28th June) \nIf only these walls could talk\, I wonder what they would say? For the moment we will let our historians do the talking. \nThe Holy Sepulchre is the oldest building in Northampton\, surviving the great fire\, one of only four medieval round churches in the U.K.\, and has the longest aisle in Northampton. \nHistoric battles have taken place here\, famous people have been married here and royalty has visited. \nThe stained glass is beautiful\, the Soldier’s Chapel delightful and the stories even more intriguing. \nJoin our volunteers and historians every Saturday from June to September to find out more. \nDATES: \nEvery Saturday from June 6th until 6th September. 2pm-4pm.
