The morning will include a warm welcome\, an introduction to the project\, and space to explore what’s ahead. \nAbout the Programme\nPamoja Njia Bora (meaning “Better Way Together”) is a behaviour change programme tailored specifically for Black African\, Caribbean\, and Mixed Heritage men and their communities. \nSpanning Northamptonshire\, Nottinghamshire\, and Derbyshire\, the programme offers culturally responsive and trauma-informed support that helps participants: \n\nUnderstand and shift harmful behaviours\nBuild and maintain healthy relationships\nTake accountability and make real\, lasting change\n\nThis is about awareness\, education\, and transformation — with community at its heart. \nWe’re excited to share what’s to come\, and we hope you’ll be part of this meaningful journey.
