SUMMARY:Northampton's Annual Fireworks Spectacular!
DESCRIPTION:Saturday 1st November\nThe Racecourse\nEntertainment from 4pm | Fireworks 6pm\n\n\nThe countdown to Northampton’s annual Fireworks Spectacular is on! This large-scale pyro-musical event attracts thousands of visitors every year. Entry is FREE\, with entertainment for all the family. \nBBC Radio Northampton host the live stage entertainment from 4pm with local presenter Justin Dealey. \nLive party band Funk Odyssey get the party well and truly started at 4.30pm delivering a soulful journey through the golden era of Funk\, Soul\, and Disco with singalong favourites for a boogie to keep you warm! \nThe Live Performers then wow the crowds with their daring\, breath-taking Fire and Pyro Show at 5.45pm. \nThere will be a FunFair for all ages and Catering Village offering a delicious variety of food and drink. Help For Heroes join us with their charity stall alongside kids Facepainting. \nThe evening will be topped off with a spectacular Pyro-musical Fireworks Finale at 6pm. \nThe local story of The Gunpowder Plot will play on big screens\, with the Northampton Film Festival telling the tale of how history’s most infamous attempt to bring down the Houses of Parliament has links to the county and resulted in the eponymous Guy Fawkes Night. Recruiting local talent\, the film features many wonderful Northampton and Northamptonshire locations that played a pivotal role in the origins of the fifth of November\, including Delapre Abbey\, Rushton Hall and Ashby Manor House. Commissioned by NTC. \nBringing this special year of commemorations for the 350th Anniversary of The Great Fire of Northampton to a close\, 2025’s fireworks event will pay tribute to this significant milestone in Northampton’s history. The Explore Northampton App Virtual Trail will be showcased on the big screens; step back in time to 1675 with a free family adventure in the town centre and learn more about Northampton’s heritage. DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Club for a night of fireworks and fun for all the family! \nTickets are now available – just Ł15 for adults and Ł7.50 for children. Ticket price includes a burger or hotdog for each guest. \nThe event is open to all and tickets must be purchased in advance.
