It will be wristband entry. Collection of wristbands will be on the day\, giving you access to all venues. All the shows will be Edinburgh Previews or Work in Progress shows. There will also be half hour intervals between each show\, with a 1 hour interval after the 2nd show to allow for a decent food break. \n \nRhys James: Chop Logic\nRhys made a discovery that could fix everything. It’s been staring him in the face this whole time\, in a mirror held behind his head. If he can somehow ignore his own problems\, he might just be able to solve yours. A fast\, forensic hour of big ideas and gag-dense overthinking from one of Britain’s sharpest stand-ups. Star of Mock the Week\, also seen furrowing his brow on QI and Live At The Apollo. ‘Scintillating stand-up’ **** (Times). \n \nPaul Foot: The Future\nHello and OMG. Everything’s wrong in the world. When did optimism end? Remember years ago when people were excited for the future\, with predictions of people flying around on jet packs\, friendly robots that wheeled themselves round the kitchen making tea\, and solar powered bidets? Well\, we don’t have fun visions for the future like that anymore\, do we? \nIn this show\, which\, much like human civilisation\, is a Work-in-Progress\, Paul tries to find a way forward for humanity that isn’t environmental collapse\, war and pointless arguments. His medium is stand-up comedy\, his allotted time is 58 minutes to one hour\, his message is hope (hopefully). \n\nChortle Awards 2024 Best Show Nominee\n(ISH) Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2023 Best Show Winner\nNext Up Biggest Award in Comedy 2023 Nominee\n\n \nLucy Porter: Let Yourself Go\nFestival favourite Lucy returns with a brand new work in progress show about the power of letting yourself go – in every sense. Whether that means embracing your wrinkles and love handles whilst living in a slanket\, or having a couple of babychams and dancing like nobody’s watching (and if you’re a middle-aged woman\, they’re probably not). It’s also about letting go of the person you’ve always thought you are\, and using your midlife crisis to pursue new goals and reinvent yourself. \n \nStuart Goldsmith: Canary\nStuart was as scared about the climate crisis as you are. But he did the reading\, and now he’s terrified. Come and watch him do something about it. In his most honest\, hilarious\, and hopeful hour yet\, Stuart Goldsmith (Live At The Apollo\, Netflix is a Joke\, Conan) applies his ‘expert stand-up’ (Sunday Times) to the apparent collapse of absolutely everything. ‘The funny side of climate change… No\, really!’ (Times). ***** \n \nGlenn Moore: Work In Progress\nThe best showcase of pure joke-writing skill on the Fringe” (Guardian). Prepare to have your ribs tickled to the max with material about all sorts of different topics and subjects. 2025 Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Show nominee (it’s not a science). ‘A singular talent who very much deserves a place on everyone’s must-see list’ (Skinny). ‘This is comedy as poetry… so good it seems effortless’ (Standard). \n \nRob Kemp: Beatlesjuice\nCult comedy horror movie\, Beetlejuice\, retold through the songs of not-even-remotely cult band\, The Beatles. A multimedia mashup tribute to the Fab Four and the Ghost with the Most by the award-winning creator of The Elvis Dead. So clap your hands or rattle your jewellery\, cos it’s showtime! \n \nSara Barron: SLOP\nSara has planned a series of high kicks\, insults for your average-looking granny\, and thoughts on Jeffrey Dahmer’s Netflix special. Since her 2018 debut at the Edinburgh Fringe\, she’s starred on shows including Live at the Apollo (BBC)\, Would I Lie to You? (BBC) and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC). \n \nRoss Smith: Told You So\nBuilding my next show so here’s some work in progress shows. Watch as I give birth\, suckle\, raise and nurture new jokes and send them off into the world trying not to cry. Come along- tell your friends\, tell your enemies. As seen on Apple TV’s Slow Horses and Karl Pilkingston’s Sick Of It. \n \nSooz Kempner: Imposter\nAward-winning comedian Sooz Kempner (Doom in Doctor Who’s Doom’s Day\, The Now Show) has always felt a little like an imposter. Except in one area: singing! She could always rely on THAT. But when Sooz’s voice suddenly stopped working the way it always had before\, she had to face her imposter syndrome head-on and find out once and for all: is it imposter syndrome\, or is she truly an imposter? A stand-up show about finding your voice\, silencing trolls and Princess Diana. \n \nMad Ron Presents Identity Theft – The Gameshow\nExpect the absurd as Uxbridge’s third hardest man and multi award-winning Mad Ron presents a hilariously surreal game show\, where he tries to guide his comedy apprentice as a glamorous game show host. ‘Keeps the onslaught of jokes coming\, contributing to the rowdily fun atmosphere’ (Steve Bennett\, Chortle.co.uk). ‘The funniest most inventive nut bag show I think I’ve ever seen I love it love it love it!’ (Terry Alderton) \n \nAndy Field: Giddy Up\nA new hour of stand up comedy from Chortle’s Student Comedian of the Year (11 years ago). As an ambitious young stand-up\, a Pleasance Fringe run felt like the start of something great\, but all these years on\, missed opportunities feel like they outnumber the successes\, and a question hangs in the air\, stubbornly growing with each passing birthday\, ‘have I wasted my life?’ So he’s back to decide\, in the same room as before. Only this time\, instead of a kooky young upstart\, he’s a middle-aged eccentric man. \n \nFiona Allen: White Lies\nAfter a sellout debut Edinburgh 2023 show\, Fiona Allen star of Smack The Pony returns with her new show White Lies. Fiona needs a perfect lie to avoid her pet hate of social gatherings. Running out of time and patience she encounters every obstacle a day can throw at her. It all threatens to derail her quest to find the perfect lie. She must confront her worst fear: her neighbours party. It’s a fate worse than death and the clock is ticking. She’s going to have to war-game it. Honestly. ‘Punchlines delivered with cutting execution’ (Scotsman). \n \nDarren Harriott: Activated\nNew house\, new life\, new outlook?…dunno about that\, Double Edinburgh award nominee Darren Harriott’s had a brand new show. Well\, the beginnings of a new show. Well\, she’s certainly thinking about beginning a new show. Certainly she’s certain she should be. Come watch this Edinburgh Comedy Award Nominee humble herself before you while she tries new jokes as you give her real time feedback. \nVenues:\nThe Charles Bradlaugh – 1 Earl St\, Northampton NN1 3AU \nThe Black Prince – 15 Abington Square\, Northampton NN1 4AE \nThe Lamplighter (Saturday only) – 66 Overstone Rd\, Northampton NN1 3JS \nPlease note\, all venues have a limited capacity\, if there is an act you really want to see\, please get to that venue in plenty of time. \n*Line ups are always subject to change for reasons out of our control. We always try to book the best acts around the country\, however with that comes the risk of last minute cancellations due to TV work\, corporate events etc. Comics are also human\, so ill health also plays its part.

Dave’s Funniest Joke of the Edinburgh Fringe nominee ‘The future of British comedy’ ***** (ThreeWeeks). \n \nHoratio Gould: The Boogie Man\nMore ‘original\, probing wit’ (Scotsman) from voice of a generation comedian\, hit podcast co-host (Fin vs History\, Boys Gone Wild) and Fin vs The Internet co-creator. ‘Unequivocally excellent’ **** (Skinny). **** (Scotsman). \n \nLou Wall: Where Are All The Tall Grandmas?\nWhere are all the tall grandmas? Be honest\, you’ve never seen one\, have you? So where the f#%k are they? Do they shrink? Die young? Are short kings eating them? In this hilariously unhinged new hour\, Lou dives head first into the disappearance of tall old women everywhere. A comedic investigation into height\, heritage and what it truly means to live large. ‘Wall is a comedy whirlwind’ (New York Times). Nominee: Most Outstanding Show\, Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2025. \n \nDee Allum: Raumdeuter\nFootball is\, of course\, gay. Common knowledge\, but important\, nonetheless. But could it also be – transgender? In a show about mortality\, transformation and genitals\, comedian Dee Allum asks the big questions. What is purpose? Who is Britain? And why pick a show title that people won’t understand? Some of these questions will be answered in this sophomore stand-up show following Dee’s award-nominated debut Deadname. ‘More than impressive; it’s damn near perfect’ ***** (EdFringeReview.com). \n \nToussaint Douglass: Work In Progress\nTired of being seen as ‘odd’ by his peers\, family\, close friends\, agent\, fellow beekeepers and long-term partner\, award-winning comedian Toussaint Douglass is out to prove he can be just as mainstream as all the big successful comedians. \nStar Of: Late Night Mash (DAVE) Outsiders (DAVE) Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled (DAVE)\, Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV) \n \nDan Tiernan: Quartz and All\nDan Tiernan is back at it again: and this time he’s got magic rocks in his pocket. With a hat trick of sold-out Edinburgh shows\, Dan’s a double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee\, who has received countless five-star reviews. No wonder the Guardian has named him ‘one of comedy’s most distinctive new voices’. Dan returns to the Fringe armed with an amethyst\, a bucketful of sage and a rose quartz the size of his impossibly large head. As seen on Live at the Apollo\, 8 Out of Ten Cats Does Countdown\, The Last Leg\, and QI. \n \nMarty Gleeson: Dog Ear\nHello\, Irish comedian Marty Gleeson whispers gently but sternly\, her hand outstretched\, one eye lit like a spark\, the other dead behind it. Come on. Unnerved but excited\, you take her hand. Gleeson begins to buck and screech; her sparky eye glows brighter. The other falls right out of her head. Leave it\, she growls\, pulling you headfirst into her debut hour\, Dog Ear. You’ll see magpies like you’ve never seen\, news reporters in unexpected places and flaw-filled moments of humanity. BBC New Comedy Award finalist and Channel 4 Sean Lock Award 2024. \n \nAmelia Hamilton: Moral Support\nAmelia Hamilton\, ‘the rapping comic you instantly adore’ ***** (One4Review.co.uk) and 2025 ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer winner\, returns with Moral Support – a show that is unpredictable\, sharp and surprising at every turn. Featured on BBC Radio 4 and BBC iPlayer\, Hamilton skewers modern morality\, joyfully dismantling everything from bad men with excellent manners to competitive happiness\, gravedigging’s inevitable rebrand and why we should absolutely re-stigmatise mental health. Smart\, subversive and gloriously off-beat. ‘You do not want to miss the talent that is Amelia Hamilton’ ***** (EdFestMag.com). \nJamie Allerton: Work In Progress\nVenues:\nThe Charles Bradlaugh – 1 Earl St\, Northampton NN1 3AU \nThe Black Prince – 15 Abington Square\, Northampton NN1 4AE \nThe Lamplighter (Saturday only) – 66 Overstone Rd\, Northampton NN1 3JS \nPlease note\, all venues have a limited capacity\, if there is an act you really want to see\, please get to that venue in plenty of time. \n*Line ups are always subject to change for reasons out of our control. We always try to book the best acts around the country\, however with that comes the risk of last minute cancellations due to TV work\, corporate events etc. Comics are also human\, so ill health also plays its part.
