These are vegan\, so the eggs are replaced with the wonder liquid from a tin of chickpeas known as aquafaba\, which is chickpea protein. Deliciously moreish and perfect as a homemade gift that keeps incredibly well. \nCarmela will then teach participants to make two recipes. Steamed Spotted Dick pudding is a wonderfully nostalgic treat for the entire family. Students will be guided through the recipe\, shown how to seal and string the tip and given direction on how to steam pudding at home. Will you have cream or custard with yours? \nThe final recipe students will create is the Museum Jubilee Cheesecake\, a scrumptious lemon infused cheesecake with a fabulous berry topping. This cheesecake will most certainly be the centrepiece of your next family dinner

DESCRIPTION:The Northampton County Beer Festival is returning to Beckets Park on the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. Opening on Friday the 3rd of June to Sunday the 5th of July. The annual event is still boasting some of the finest cask ales\, craft beers and ciders from local and national breweries. \nThe independent local breweries taking part this year are bringing an amazing 85 different casks of wonder and joy from the lightest mild at 3.6% to seriously strong stingo at 9.5%. The event is always proud to host the amazing independent breweries\, especially following the hardship on the hospitality industry following the COVID-19 pandemic. The 3 day weekend offers a unique opportunity to sample all of the county’s wonderful independent brewer’s beers.

DESCRIPTION:The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee long weekend will be marked with a spectacular countywide pageant through Northampton town centre on Saturday\, 4 June. \nParticipants\, including military and emergency services personnel\, youth and community groups and businesses from across Northamptonshire will parade through the town centre\, starting at 11am and finishing around 1pm. \nThe pageant will begin at the top of Abington Street and follow a route down the street\, along George Row\, up The Drapery and onto the Market Square\, where a celebration service will take place.
