It’s been an action-packed year in our town centre, with everything from an open air cinema, a classic car show and an ice rink in the Market Square to the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of Northampton, the re-opening of Abington Street and the biggest ever Northamptonshire Day celebrations.
We’ve staged the Women’s Rugby World Cup fan zones, the Amazing Northampton Run, Northampton Music Festival, Northampton Comedy Festival, Diwali, Pride and Santa’s Grotto
We’ve seen new businesses open and existing businesses grow.
We’ve seen visitors enthuse over the reimagined town centre, with further progress being made in 2026.
And we’ve seen the BID renewed for five more years, meaning we can do all of this again and again and again!
