Oak Apple Day

This Friday, 29th May 2026, is Oak Apple Day and we mark the occasion with a traditional Service of Thanksgiving before the Mayor of Northampton wreathes the state of King Charles II.
The Preacher is the Reverend Canon Anthony Howe of @stjamesgarlickhythe in the City of London. The choirs will sing S. S. Wesley’s famous anthem ‘Blessed be the God and Father’.
All are welcome to this special celebration in the civic calendar of our town. Seating in the church is free, and there’s no need to book.
