Creating Equalz presents Pamoja Njia Bora: a new path for change, connection, and community. Creating Equalz proudly invites you to join us for a special morning event as we launch the Pamoja Njia Bora Programme. We’re delighted to invite you to the official launch of Pamoja Njia Bora — a new and important programme that’s all about creating better connections in our communities and encouraging more positive dynamics among us. Come and meet others passionate about building a safer, more supportive future. The morning will include a warm welcome, an introduction to the project, and space to explore what’s ahead. About the Programme Pamoja Njia Bora (meaning "Better Way Together") is a behaviour change programme tailored specifically for Black African, Caribbean, and Mixed Heritage men and their communities. Spanning Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire, the programme offers culturally responsive and trauma-informed support that helps participants: Understand and shift harmful behaviours Build and maintain healthy relationships Take accountability and make real, lasting change This is about awareness, education, and transformation — with community at its heart. We’re excited to share what’s to come, and we hope you’ll be part of this meaningful journey.

We are all proud to be part of the Royal Shakespeare Associate schools programme and we have created an original piece of work based on comedic scenes from some of Shakespeare’s best loved plays. Come and spend an evening with us as we explore the madness of mortals!
