Christmas Tapas & Wine Pairing.
Overview Great mates, and small plates! Who doesn’t enjoy sharing and pairing? For this event we’ll be doing both! Chef Joe will be serving up a selection of mouth-watering tapas plates, and we’ll have a delicious wine to perfectly compliment each course. So grab a friend or loved one , and share the love this Christmas! On The Menu: Roasted parsnip and chestnut soup served with crispy sage and sourdough croutons. Fish course: citrus cured salmon with beetroot, horseradish cream, pickled cucumber and micro greens. Roast beef sirloin served with potato fondant, tender stem broccoli and a red wine jus. Sticky toffee pudding served with a miso caramel sauce and clotted cream. A selection a V and B Cheese. Optional Wine Flight: Enjoy a glass of wine, perfectly paired for each course and personally explained by the man who made it - winemaker Hugues Laborde.
