Celebratory Christmas Carol Concert 2025 Join us on Wednesday 17th December at 7.30pm for our second Celebratory Christmas Carol Concert in the beautiful All Saints Church in Northampton. Our Christmas Carol Concert is the perfect opportunity to start your festive celebrations, catch up with friends and raise vital funds and awareness of the new Maggie's Northampton Centre which is opening this October. With celebrity readers and a fantastic musical line up it’s going to be a wonderful evening. The doors will be open at 7.00pm and the Concert starts at 7.30pm. This event is organised by the committee who ran the Whittlebury Charity Fair - for over 20 years - raising well over £250,000. The committee (Sam Satchell, Carolyn James, Amanda Smith, Min Pumphrey, Laura Wade and Emma Danby) are continuing to raise awareness and funds for the new Maggie’s Centre. Event Synopsis: Christmas Candle Making with Reverie Candle Company Grandbies, in collaboration with the artisan fragrance experts at Reverie Candle Company, hosted a festive, hands-on Christmas Candle Making Workshop celebrating the art of scent and creativity. Set in a warm, twinkling atmosphere, the event welcomed a community of craft lovers and fragrance enthusiasts for an evening of mindful making. Guided by Reverie’s founder, participants explored the process of blending seasonal fragrance oils, pouring natural soy wax, and designing their own Christmas-inspired candles with notes of cinnamon, pine, and vanilla. The workshop offered a multi-sensory escape from the holiday rush — combining craftsmanship, festive scents, and the spirit of togetherness in one cozy, candle-lit experience.

No Christmas is complete without a visit to Father Christmas, and the BID is delighted to be bringing Santa's Grotto back to Grosvenor Shopping Northampton this festive season. Important Information Pre-booking is required. All proceeds from this event will be split between two charities being Northamptonshire Toy Library and Rockin Roadrunner. There will be a £2 charge to secure the booking per family, using PayPal. Families will be able to take their own photos with Santa. Each child will receive a gift. Northamptonshire Toy Library would also be appreciative of new/used toy donations to support their work. These can be left at the Grotto for them.
