Join us for an evening of yoga & wine... Join us on the 2nd of June as we hold our first Yoga & Wine Tasting event here at V and B Northampton. Many of you will know Rin, one of our amazing team members who has been here with us since our first year here on St Giles Square. It just so happens that Rin is also a very talented yoga instructor, so we can't wait to see her swap beer mats for yoga mats at what we hope will be the first of many yoga-themed events. Meet Rin and your fellow yoga-enthusiasts at V and B Northampton at 6pm for a tea and a chat, before beginning an hour-long yoga session in our beautiful upstairs space at 6.30. This will be followed by an immersive wine tasting, focusing on the experience of tasting, rather than the wine itself. Please wear comfortable, yoga-friendly clothes, and if you do have a yoga mat - please bring it along, or you can borrow one of Rin's for a £3 fee. We're really looking forward to seeing you for an immersive evening spent with like-minded people. All levels are welcome!

We are proud to be able to stage a totally different and unique show at The Eccentric Englishman on Thursday 5th June; one that will have sceptics on the ropes! Limited to 16 people, witness the impossible close-up. The event "Interlinked" is an exclusive live mentalism performance by Northamptonshire's own Sean Heydon and Banbury-based performer Kerry Jay. This show offers an ultra-intimate experience limited to just 16 attendees. During the performance of "Interlinked," Kerry Jay appears to perceive through Sean Heydon's eyes, describing concealed objects, personal thoughts, and intricate details with remarkable precision. The performance draws inspiration from the legendary 1940s mentalist duo, The Piddingtons, updating their classic telepathy acts with a contemporary twist. To justify the authenticity of their act, the duo offers a £100,000 reward to anyone who can prove they are secretly communicating using electronic devices. We have been fortunate enough to work with Santina's for multiple events here on St Giles Square (who can remember our coronation party in 2023? AND our 3rd birthday celebrations this year!) and one thing's for sure - their pizza is perfection. For this masterclass, you can taste 6 different Santina's pizzas, paired with 6 different V and B beers - all expertly explained not only on how they taste, but why they work together. This is definitely not one to miss!
