As Eminem once said;" I'm standing on my Monopoly board which means I'm on top of my game" Playing board games is fun, engaging and nostalgic, after all, who didn't play 'Monopoly' and 'Trivial Pursuit' when they were kids (and maybe still do)?! This is a night designed for friends to meet up, have a drink and play some games. We can even put on a small menu if you get peckish. We will have 'Monopoly' and 'Trivial Pursuit' available but feel free to bring your own. Seats are £5.00 each and we will include a glass of Prosecco or Nosecco on arrival. Come learn about Northampton's unique film industry and discover what makes our town so special in this hands-on workshop! We're producing a short animated/digital art film to mark the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of Northampton, and we're inviting any Northampton resident to get involved. Doesn't matter whether you have any relevant experience or not. The project is supported by West Northamptonshire Council. Come along to this, the first meeting, and see what it's all about. The Creative Place is one of the new kiosks on the market square (with seats and heating!). The film will premiere in September 2025.
