Time To Share is the perfect activity for children of all ages and their grown ups!
Each month we will focus on a new theme and each week we will focus on a new book.
There will be a mixture of fiction and non-fiction books with matching crafts or activities!
This is a free drop in event.
Summer Reading Challenge in Association with Northamptonshire Natural History Society: A Practical Workshop for Ages 10+
West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) will be delivering a Refugee Employment Support event in partnership with DWP on Monday, 15 August at Northampton Central Library.
Our Knit and Natter group meets every Tuesday in the Young Adult area on Ground Floor to knit, crochet and have a good chat!
Knitters of all abilities are welcome.
Summer Reading Challenge: Balloon Rockets
Let’s celebrate the National Storytelling Week together! Join us for The Gruffalo Adventure on 3rd of February at 2:30pm at Northamptonshire Central Library. There will be a story, craft and activity pack for children and their families to get to know more about The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson. This drop-in event is suitable for all ages. Come and join in the fun! You can also borrow a Story Sack for one week FREE of charge during the National Storytelling Week!
The Summer Reading Challenge is the UK's biggest free reading promotion for children; it's run by charity The Reading Agency and delivered in partnership with Public Libraries. We've teamed up with @createcharity this summer to bring you #MarvellousMakers! Join the Summer Reading Challenge craft event ‘Mosaics/Pixel Art’ at Northamptonshire Central Library on Saturday 3rd August at 2:30pm. Explore your creativity while you learn new skills, make new friends, and have a great time! This is a free event suitable for ages 4 – 12 years old.
