EXPLORING THE SOCIETY'S COLLECTIONS. The society has a number of important collections including - butterflies, shells, eggs, sands, microscope slides, rocks, minerals and Northamptonshire fossils etc. This is a great opportunity to look at our extensive collections, to draw, study them or just appreciate their beauty. Also, if you wish to assist us conserving or documenting them you would be welcome.

SHOW AND TELL EVENING.  Microscope section members and guests can bring along their latest unmissable bargain(s) bought at Microscopium (or anywhere else), or even a favourite microscope slide, or piece of related equipment to show others.

OUR MEMBERS’ PHOTOGRAPHIC SUMMER We will view the images we took on the summer practical nights, and any images taken during the summer break that members wish to show. We will also introduce this year’s Northamptonshire photo topic.
