TELESCOPIC TOPICS A meeting comprising member contributions on various astronomy themes. Your chance to show the section observations you have made, equipment you are using or anything else that has interested you enough to share it with the section. Guests are very welcome.

CRITIQUING NIGHT Members should bring in up to 2 digital images or prints on the night. The images can be any they would like critiqued, or maybe ones they are thinking of entering into a future competition. Each person in turn will be asked to critique an image and to discuss how it may be improved. This isn't a competition but an opportunity to practice critiquing and to learn from our own and each other's images. 2 of 4 critique evenings.

A TOUR OF CHURCHES IN NORTHERN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE by Paul Hayes The annual Ride and Stride day gives a great opportunity to explore many churches that are either disused or not normally open outside service times. A photographic exploration of the architectural, interesting or historic features found at many of the churches.
