Santa’s Grotto

No Christmas is complete without a visit to Father Christmas, and the BID is delighted to be bringing Santa's Grotto back to Grosvenor Shopping Northampton this festive season. Important Information Pre-booking is required. All proceeds from this event will be split between two charities being Northamptonshire Toy Library and Rockin Roadrunner. There will be a ÂŁ2 charge to secure the booking per family, using PayPal. Families will be able to take their own photos with Santa. Each child will receive a gift. Northamptonshire Toy Library would also be appreciative of new/used toy donations to support their work. These can be left at the Grotto for them.

Nightmare Before Christmas Afternoon Tea So much love for The Nightmare Before Christmas, we've been asked to host an afternoon Tea on Saturday 13th December 12pm-2pm! 3 courses, beautiful decor, themed food and cocktails. A welcome drink and gifts to take away. Prices are ÂŁ25 per child, 30 prohibition and 40 Tiddley. Deposits for this are 15, and are non refundable. Any cancellations must be made up to 24hrs before otherwise we will have to charge full price.

Don’t miss our hilarious, fun-filled 2025 panto, The All New Adventures Of Peter Pan, with a star-studded cast. Heading up the cast are award-winning actor, writer, comedian and presenter John Thomson, taking on the role of Captain Hook, and CBeebies presenter George Webster, who will be joining the pirate crew as Starkey. Following his appearance as Ugly Sister Aldianna in 2024s Cinderella, seasoned pantomime performer Gordon Cooper returns to co-direct and play the part of the Dame Dolly. Also joining the cast are Simone Robinson (currently touring with The Lightning Thief  The Percy Jackson Musical) as Wendy Darling, Oliver Scott as Smee, Northampton local David Breeds as Peter Pan, and Millie Davies as Elizabeth Darling. Northants Sings Out and Billy Lockett to lead first-ever Carols on the Square singalong in Northampton Market Square Britain’s Got Talent Finalists Northants Sings Out and popular Northampton singer-songwriter Billy Lockett will lead Northampton’s first ever large-scale Christmas carol sing-along in the Market Square, bringing live music, festive cheer and community spirit to the town centre this December. Taking place on Saturday 13 December from 2pm to 6pm, this free family event will showcase an exciting line-up of local talent; including NMPAT, The Performing Rooms, The Nene Valley Community Band, plus a selection of school and cultural groups who will lead the ultimate Christmas carol concert for residents and visitors.
