Masterclass: Pair – Wine & Small Plates.

For this class we’re bringing you a wine pairing experience where wine is still the main character, but each wine you taste will be served with a perfectly-paired small plate, made by local chef Joe Thornton. And because we love a family affair - Joe’s Dad, and our fave, Richard the Wine Guy will be serving and explaining the wine to you. Definitely not one to miss! Check out the menu below... Beef Carpaccio served with Rocket & Parmesan. Baked Scallops with Garlic Butter, Samphire & Hazelnuts. Wild Mushroom Risotto. Crispy Crackling Pork with Chorizo & Cauliflower Purée.
