What's more, in certain countries there are rules which dictate which grapes can be grown in which region, so inevitably some grapes will be left behind. For this masterclass, we'll be taking a look at the Forgotten Grapes of the wine industry - discovering where they grow, how they taste and why they have been forgotten.
