Join us for another ‘roarsome’ day of free family fun in Northampton town centre as we welcome back our very special dinosaur guests – and they are bringing some exciting new friends…
It’s not every day you come face-to-face with a triceratops and a T Rex but shoppers will get up close and personal with the giant beasts as part of a free family fun day being held in Northampton town centre from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, April 23.
Ritchie the Raptor, Zeus the T Rex and Tank the Triceratops will be appearing in Market Square and Abington Street as the town is transported back to the Jurassic era, with a host of activities lined up for young adventurers.
Our augmented reality Dino Trail will once again be available through the Explore Northampton app – giving you the chance to hunt down 10 friendly dinosaurs hidden around the town centre.
Find them all and grab a selfie with your favourite!

There will also be a prize draw for the opportunity to win one of two family tickets for the Jurassic Earth performance at the Deco theatre on Saturday, July 30.
Entries must be made in person on the day by downloading the entry form below and posting into the post box located in Grosvenor Shopping (Market Square entrance).
