Join us though a guided massage, performed on yourself or with a partner, to relax and unwind. Massage helps to lower cortisol, our stress hormone, allowing us to melt away our physical and mental tension, aids sleep and promotes blood flow to stimulate the lymphatic system. Hand and arm massages are great if you work with your hands, spend a lot of time typing on a computer or using a phone, as they help to relieve stiffness and strain in the hands and forearm. You will learn techniques and use products that are used in the Lush Spa's, for your very own taste of divine relaxation, and you'll leave with a goody bag of samples to try at home!

This event takes place in the store. This is a paid for event - the session costs £5, which is the cost of the bath bomb. This can be paid for in-store on the day of the event.
