The legendary DJ Yoda comes back to Northampton for the first time in over a decade as part of his huge tour the ’50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop’ AV show at Roadmender! This is no ordinary club night, as Yoda gives a visual representation of the music and culture on screen, alongside some of the greatest Hip Hop tracks ever made. This is the first time a proper AV set will have ever been brought to Northampton!

The iconic UK soul-singer and musician, Kenny Thomas announces his much-anticipated ‘Behind The Groove’ club night, which for the very first time in his remarkable career, sees him curate his very own unique club-show, bringing together the best soulful DJ’s alongside guest acts of which the Northampton date will feature local singer/ songwriter Maddox Jones . Kenny will be headlining the evening with his A-list bands, performing all his greatest hits and fan favourites.

Nirvana UK are returning to Northampton on Sat 14th September with the ultimate double bill featuring a tribute to Pearl Jam ‘Pearl Scam’ creating the ultimate 90s grunge package on one stage on one night. NIRVANA UKTearing up venues up and down the UK and around Europe the band are formed of 3 die hard Nirvana fans who love nothing more than recreating Nirvana’s live music and look for other fans! The band strive to be as close to the real deal as possible. Including the same instruments, effect boxes and pre amp that Kurt Cobain used to ensure they re-create the distinctive Nirvana sound. PRACTICING IN THEIR BEDROOMS EVENTUALLY LED TO THE BAND RECORDING ‘TEENAGE KICKS’ IN 1978 ON TERRI HOOLEY’S GOOD VIBRATIONS LABEL IN BELFAST. A COPY WAS SENT TO THE LEGENDARY DJ JOHN PEEL AND HE LIKED THE TRACK SO MUCH HE PLAYED IT TWICE IN A ROW ON HIS RADIO SHOW!

KIEFER SUTHERLAND HAS BEEN A PROFESSIONAL ACTOR FOR ALMOST FORTY YEARS, STARRING IN MOVIES AND SUCH AS, ‘STAND BY ME’, ‘THE LOST BOYS’, ‘YOUNG GUNS’, FLATLINERS’, ‘A FEW GOOD MEN’, ‘A TIME TO KILL’, ‘DARK CITY’, ‘MELANCHOLIA’, ‘FORSAKEN’ AND ‘THEY CLONED TYRONE’ HE HAS ALSO STARRED IN THE TV SERIES ‘24’, ‘DESIGNATED SURVIVOR’ AND ‘RABBIT HOLE’. HE BALANCED HIS ACTING CAREER WITH OTHER PROJECTS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY AND CREATIVELY SATISFYING. IN 1992 HE BEGAN COMPETITIVELY ROPING ON THE USTRC CIRCUIT, WINNING RODEOS IN PHOENIX, INDIO AND LOS ANGELES, AND RUNNING A SMALL CATTLE RANCH ON THE CENTRAL COAST OF CALIFORNIA.
