Hugues is the man behind many of your V and B favourites (L'Exalté, L'instant H and Les Fleurs du Mal to name a few!) and is passionate about the democratisation of wine - making the good stuff accessible to many, all whilst respecting the enivironment AND being a really nice guy. Taste wines from Bordeaux, St Emilion and Fronsac - and have them explained to you by the man who made them.
