About this Event

This event will be introduced by Ian Ferguson, Director of Place Management and BID Consultancy pfbb UK, who will provide a brief overview of potential changes in lifestyles and the way in which we will use our town centres.

This is an opportunity to hear about how three businesses have survived the last few months and the opportunities they see for future of the town centre.

James Roberts, General Manager of Grosvenor Shopping: James will talk about the Centre’s current response to COVID-19 and the future commercial offer.

Kerry Reynolds, Area Director of Metro Bank: Kerry was discuss the importance of working together and Northampton BID

Paul Beesley, Director of Beyond Theory: Paul will look at the importance of businesses having a future plan in such uncertain times.

There will be a discussion with the panel about how businesses working together can address the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities between 2021 and 2026.
