For this class we’re bringing you a wine pairing experience where wine is still the main character, but each wine you taste will be served with a perfectly-paired small plate, made by local chef Joe Thornton. We are delighted to confirm that we are teaming up with MG Mixology, again to bring you a night of fun that (hopefully) you won't forget. You will have a choice of 3 cocktails to make and a sharing platter of delicious nibbles to soak up all that alcohol, at your table.
