Then a super quick batch of cannoli shells filled with ricotta, icing sugar and mixed peel. One variety will be dipped in chopped nuts and the other in chocolate. Carmela will finish by demonstrating to you all, some delicious Italian jam filled cookies that you will make and bake at home. She will also show you how to make her signature amaretto and cranberry Christmas pudding, you will all make this plump fruity pudding to take home and steam. All ingredients supplied. ‘Win Your Christmas’ by taking part in this year’s Golden Ticket giveaway – to be launched by Willy Wonka at a family fun day! The Wonka-themed event will be held from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, 18th November in Grosvenor Shopping Northampton and will feature character walkabouts, stilt walkers, hula hoopers, balloon modelling and face painting.
