We are delighted to be hosting a joint venture with Northampton High School throughout February in our Bassett-Lowke Rooms and Mezzanine Galleries. The collaboration showcases our deep connections with the school's heritage. The diverse array of works on display have been created by alumnae students, most of whom studied A level Art and Textiles in recent years. All concepts shown are highly personal and it gives both the school and us - as host - real pleasure in curating selected pieces from the archive alongside works from the Class of 2024. The show provides a retrospective celebration of the girls' creative achievements within a space brimming with the school's history. It’s a truly glorious reflection of unique talent of the future! Free Entry and some works for sale, ends on Friday February 28th www.78derngate.org.uk

There will be opportunities to sing, dance, move about or just listen as preferred, and ‘chill out’ spaces will be available for anyone needing some quiet time before re-entering the auditorium. At the end of the concert, you will be invited to take part in optional activities offering a range of musical interactive experiences led by the RPO musicians. Tom’s funny and today’s funny don’t always see eye to eye, but that’s cool; it’s not Tom’s way to follow the herd. He much prefers to take the path less travelled (some smart guy once said that). Join this independent spirit and irrepressible force of nature, as he airdrops his ingenious and unflinching comedy into an ever-changing minefield. It’s a risky business navigating the tightrope of today’s times but Tom’s approaching it with his usual gusto. Without risk there is no reward.
