A tower of teabags and mysterious memory boxes are just two of the highlights in the latest exhibition of art created by students at the University of Northampton. The free exhibition at the Development Hub at the end of Cliftonville Road is a collection of work by full and part-time students on the University’s MA in Fine Art course and takes place between 10am and 4pm from Wednesday, 6 September to Wednesday, 13 September (closed Sunday).

A national treasure, an icon of Northamptonshire and a building of international significance presents our visitors with the wow factor! We are a society in Northamptonshire dating back to 1876. We encompass many subjects including astronomy, geology, microscopy, meteorology, photography and many others. See displays and demonstrations by many of our sections in our purpose-built rooms. Bring a plant or item to look at under a microscope, look at the sun through our purpose made solarscope (weather dependent!). Bring a rock or fossil to be identified and look at our extensive collections.
