Trauma & Breathwork Coach - Wildflower Ali will guide you through an hour of conscious connected breathwork, providing insights into your emotional and mental health and supporting you in releasing tension. Following the breathwork, Mita - LOVE YOUR PRESENCE - will use sound frequencies to integrate harmony and balance, creating a deep connection within and inviting peace to flow through every cell. Mita guides people to reconnect with their inner peace on their wellness journey through meditation, Reiki, and holistic practices.
