We’re delighted to invite you to the official launch of Pamoja Njia Bora — a new and important programme that’s all about creating better connections in our communities and encouraging more positive dynamics among us. Come and meet others passionate about building a safer, more supportive future. The morning will include a warm welcome, an introduction to the project, and space to explore what’s ahead. About the Programme Pamoja Njia Bora (meaning "Better Way Together") is a behaviour change programme tailored specifically for Black African, Caribbean, and Mixed Heritage men and their communities. Spanning Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire, the programme offers culturally responsive and trauma-informed support that helps participants: Understand and shift harmful behaviours Build and maintain healthy relationships Take accountability and make real, lasting change This is about awareness, education, and transformation — with community at its heart.
