For those who like rocks, fossils and astronomy!

Northamptonshire Natural History Society & Field Club 10 Castilian Terrace, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN1 1LD

We are a society in Northamptonshire dating back to 1876. We encompass many subjects including astronomy, geology, microscopy, meteorology, photography and many others. See displays and demonstrations by many of our sections in our purpose-built rooms. Bring a plant or item to look at under a microscope, look at the sun through our purpose made solarscope (weather dependent!). Bring a rock or fossil to be identified and look at our extensive collections.
